According to Mason, this print was used as an advertisement for U. S. Government Bonds Fourth Liberty Loan, which appeared on the inside back cover of Collier's Magazine, September 28, 1918.

Signed and titled "Made in Germany" in pencil by the artist

Crease and tear top of sheet in center, not effecting image
